Experience | PORTFOLIO SUBMISSION: Include a link to your portfolio showcasing social media posts, websites, newsletters, flyers, and graphic design ability that is a direct result of your work. Content will be kept confidential.

Skills and Abilities | Project Management – Manage priorities, processes, contracts, timelines, and task deliverables across overlapping projects. Customer Service – Engage with internal and external constituents empathetically, ensuring excellent experiences and promoting collaborative work environment. Organization and Multi-tasking – Organize tasks thoroughly with a detailed-oriented approach. Manage multiple priorities that meet deadlines. Technological Proficiency – Comfortable with technology including software platforms, website tools (WordPress and Beaver Builder), social media tools, and video engagement systems. Presentation and Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills that command audience respect as a content authority. Writing – Generate original content and edit content from subject matter experts with strong grammar and writing skills that evidence excellent attention to detail. Graphic Design – Create and use graphics, typography, graphics and images for websites or print. Campaign Management – Create, plan, manage and execute multiple large campaigns. Handle budgeting, vendor management, and result evaluation. Data Collection and Interpretation – Collect, interpret and convey meaningful stories using data. Public Relations – Knowledge of strategic communications approaches. Maintain and cultivate the organization’s public image, story, and intent using multiple marketing approaches. Interpersonal Skills – Interact well with others. Support organizational priorities that support our values. Bilingual/Bicultural – Encouraged to apply. |
Working Conditions | Position requires flexibility to work occasional early morning and evening hours for meetings and events. This is a hybrid role and will require some in office and work from home. |
Typical Physical Demands | Operate normal business office equipment. Must be able to travel efficiently to off-site meeting locations throughout the Boulder area. |
Compensation | $55k-$60k annually – Salaried position that is dependent on experience. Potential annual discretionary bonus. |
